Designed for women aged 18+, this approximately two-hour event begins with a gentle, beginner-friendly yoga and pilates-inspired stretch session in The Barn, helping you release tension, improve mobility and prepare your body for a restorative sauna experience.

After the class, participants will enjoy exclusive access to The GOAT House Sauna facilities, including a traditional wood-fired sauna, invigorating cold plunge and outdoor waterfall-style cold shower. Surrounded by peaceful countryside views and the charming presence of friendly pygmy goats, this experience offers a memorable opportunity to unwind, recharge and embrace the outdoors.
