Laois Sports Partnership invites quotations from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to provide consultancy services to support the review of our current strategic plan and the development of a new Strategic Plan for the period 2027–2031
Scope of Work
The successful consultant will:
- Review existing strategic plan & organisational documentation, draft a summary of review.
- Facilitate consultation with staff, board, and stakeholders
- Conduct an organisational needs analysis
- Draft a new strategic plan
- Present the final plan to the Board

€3,500 (including VAT)

- Methodology (30%)
- Cost (30%)
- Timeline feasibility
A minimum score applies in each category.
