Laois Sports Partnership invites adults to take part in a FREE 4-week Activator Pole Walk programme at Courtwood GAA. This enjoyable and low-impact activity is ideal for anyone looking to improve balance, posture, strength and overall wellbeing while exercising in a friendly group setting.

Pole walking is an effective full-body workout that uses specially designed poles to engage the arms, core and legs while walking. The activity helps participants stay active, improve mobility and build confidence in an encouraging social environment.
