What is Couch to Barbell?
Couch to Barbell is a 6-week beginner-friendly programme designed to introduce participants to strength training in a supportive and structured environment. Whether you’ve never lifted weights before or you’re returning after a long break, this programme will help you develop confidence and learn the fundamentals of safe and effective lifting.
Led by experienced coaches at SEVA Strength, each session focuses on proper technique, movement quality, and gradually building strength using a variety of equipment.
