The booklet is both a practical guide and an inspirational resource for clubs, organisations, and individuals involved in volunteering.
It includes:

- An action plan to help build strong volunteer programmes
Club Volunteer Supports Bursary (€5,000)
The €5,000 bursary is designed to support sports clubs and community organisations in training and upskilling volunteers, with a strong focus on inclusion and diversity.
Funding can support:
- Inclusion-focused training programmes
- Sport-specific coaching and development courses
- Volunteer development initiatives across multiple disciplines
