This beginner-friendly programme combines guided stretching and movement sessions designed to help improve mobility, flexibility, relaxation, and overall wellbeing. The programme will conclude with access to the popular Sauna Sessions facilities during the final week, allowing participants to experience the recovery and wellness benefits of sauna bathing. Programme Schedule 📅 Week 1 | Sunday 6 September 🕙 10:00am • Introduction to the Yoga programme • Guided stretch and mobility session • Learn simple techniques to improve flexibility and movement 📅 Week 2 | Sunday 13 September 🕚 11:00am • Guided stretch and mobility session • Focus on improving range of motion, posture, and relaxation 📅 Week 3 | Sunday 20 September 🕚 11:00am • Guided stretch and mobility session • Continued progression with flexibility, mobility, and wellbeing exercises 📅 Week 4 | Sunday 27 September 🕚 11:00am • Gentle yoga session suitable for all levels • Followed by access to Sauna Sessions facilities • Experience the benefits of movement, recovery, relaxation, and sauna bathing Programme Details 📅 Start Date: Sunday 6 September 📍 Venue: Sauna Sessions, Stradbally, Co. Laois 👩 Eligibility: Women aged 18+ years 💰 Cost: €55 per person Please arrive 10 minutes before your session begins. All classes and sauna session (27th Sep) will start on time. Yoga Participants: Please bring a towel or yoga mat if preferred, along with water. Sauna Session 27th September: Please bring appropriate swimwear, a towel, and suitable footwear (such as flip-flops or sandals).
