Family Swim for Children with Additional Needs Laois Sports Partnership and Laois Leisure are delighted to offer a FREE Family Swim Programme for Children with Additional Needs at Laois Leisure Portarlington. This inclusive six-week programme provides families with the opportunity to enjoy swimming together in a safe, welcoming and supportive environment. Designed specifically for children with additional needs and their families, the sessions aim to promote water confidence, physical activity, social interaction and family wellbeing. Swimming is a fantastic low-impact activity that supports physical development, coordination, confidence and overall health. The programme also allows families to connect with others in a relaxed and understanding setting while enjoying quality time together.
