Edufit, in partnership with Laois Sports Partnership are recruiting adults living with Parkinson’s Disease in Laois and Offaly to take part in a free 6-week ‘MoveWell Parkinson’s Programme’ research study
What’s Involved?
Pre and Post testing
- To take place in the Parish Centre in Portlaoise (R32 FH67) before and after the programme
- Choose your preferred 90 minute testing appointment at sign-up. Monday 9th or Wednesday 11th February between 9:30-11:00
- Post-testing will take place on Monday March 30th.
Attend two 60 minute multimodal exercise classes in Portlaoise per week for 6 weeks
- Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:30 in Parish Centre
- 10-minute health education class during Monday classes
- Starting Monday 16th February
Attend one 40 minute online on-demand multi modal exercise class per week for 6 weeks
- Fridays at 9.30am live on Zoom starting Friday 20th February
