HER Outdoors Week aims to celebrate and encourage more females to get outdoors and experience the many physical, mental and social benefits that outdoor activity can bring. The week also shines a spotlight on the wide range of opportunities available for females of all ages and abilities to get involved in outdoor recreation.
This week is all about creating opportunities for ALL females to connect with nature, try something new, and enjoy time outdoors in a welcoming and supportive environment. For such a small island, Ireland offers an incredible variety of outdoor experiences, and HER Outdoors Week is the perfect opportunity to celebrate them.
HER Outdoors Week 2026 will feature a range of activities designed to promote wellbeing, connection and enjoyment in the outdoors, including outdoor yoga sessions, sauna experiences, and other opportunities to relax, recharge and embrace the benefits of spending time outside.
