Reivew / Development of the Laois Sports Partnership HR & LSP Organisation Structure
Requirements
The consultant will facilitate their time on a desktop review of LSP Organisation Structure to include
- Role Description & responsibilities
- Role remuneration & benchmarking
- 3) General Structure
- and future scaling, 4) HR Policies & Procedures and 5) Board Structure & Reporting including the
- writing of report on findings.
Approach:
- Build on existing data and policies and procedures etc
- The successful consultant will have responsibility for driving the initiative which will draw on their necessary expertise and knowledge and will be expected to make recommendations and draw conclusions as appropriate
Timeframe:
The closing date for receiving proposals is Thursday 11th May (5.00pm)
