At Laois Sports Partnership, we have enjoyed working with 19,333 people of Laois throughout 2022.
Over the course of the year, we carried out 241 targeted physical activity programmes, 35 courses, and 3 events.
In 2022, we launched our new strategic plan for 2022-2026 and celebrated our 21st Birthday and enjoy many fantastic moments together with you, the people of Laois.

The role of the Local Sports Partnerships (LSP) in the community is to enable the ongoing development of quality sport and physical activity opportunities throughout the country, in an environment that promotes healthy lifestyles, maximum participation and is inclusive and welcoming for all. The LSP network, made up of 29 LSPs across every county in Ireland, facilitate sport and physical activity at a local level through working with clubs, coaches and volunteers
