DESCRIPTION:Mums of Laois\, you & your daughter (12+) are invited to join Laois Kayak & Canoe Club on August 16th for a fun Afternoon on the water.\n\n\nWhen: Sat\, 16 Aug\, 14:00 – 16:00\n\n\nWhere: Laois Kayak & Canoe Clubhouse\nCost: €20\, €10 each\nRegister in advance via Laois Sports Partnership Website\n\n\n\n\nMinimum age for the mums and daughter is 12.\nThey should be able to swim at least 10 metres comfortably\,\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFAQs\nWhat’s the cost of the programme?\n€10 per person\, €20 total \nWhat are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?\nParking at Laois Kayak & Canoe Club. \nWhat should I bring into the event?\n\nThe club will supply all the kayaking gear\, but people should bring preferably a wetsuit or old tracksuit and runners – dress for the weather on the day.\nLiquids\, sunscreen\, change of clothes.\n\n\nPlease arrive at least 10 minutes before session \nThis is an outdoor activity\, participants to be dressed appropriately for weather conditions (rain/cold/sun). \nHow can I contact the organiser with any questions?\nContact Liam Kelly at (086) 0111722 (CSDO@laoissports.ie) or Laois LSP on 057 8671248 during office hours. \nNote:\nYou should understand that when participating in any exercise or exercise program\, there is the possibility of physical injury.
