DESCRIPTION:As part of the European Week of Sport\, Sport Ireland Coaching\, in partnership with Laois Sports Partnership and Offaly Sports Partnership\, are hosting an ICOACHKIDS Regional Coaching Conference for coaches of children and teenagers. \nThis is an amazing opportunity for coaches to hear from renowned speakers in the field of coaching children in sport. \nIf you answer YES to any of the following questions attending an ICOACHKIDS Regional Coaching Conference is for YOU! \n\nAre you a coach of children U12?\nDo you coach teenage girls?\nDo you coach teenage boys?\nWould you like to know more about being child/teen centred in your coaching?\nWhat coaching skills do you need to improve/develop to put the needs of children/teenagers first?\nWould you like to develop an inclusive culture and environment where you coach?\nAre you concerned with dropout from your sport?\n\nCoaches who attend will be provided with specific directed learning on the day of the conference\, as well as being signposted to self-directed learning opportunities through Sport Ireland and the ICOACHKIDS website.
