DESCRIPTION:Join our virtual Couch to 5km Challenge. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWould you like to challenge yourself to run/jog/walk your best 5km.\nWhat do you need to do?\nWe will provide a printable 6 week plan with loads of helpful resources. \nParticipants who register will receive our updated ‘Couch To 5km’ Handbook which includes: \n\nTraining Plan\nProgress Tracker\nUseful Tips\nTasty Recipes\nOther Resources (Podcast)\n\nWe will be there to support you through your journey to completing the 5km at whatever pace you can. \nUpon registration you will receive information regarding the training via email. All we ask is you let us know how you are finding the programme and your progress each week. We will run for 6 weeks and beyond if needs be to get you to 5km. The plan can be adjusted to suit you for walking\, jogging or running. \nDon’t be afraid of trying it\, you WILL surprise yourself.
