R32 C5FC \nCost? €10 per person (Limited Availability) \nAge: Minimum age is 14 – juniors (under 18 years of age) should be accompanied by a responsible adult – the adult doesn’t need to participate on the water. \nInfo: Changing and toilet facilities are available in the clubhouse. \nDress for the weather – most likely participants will get wet – bring preferably a wetsuit (or if not an old tracksuit and thin layers such as rash vests)\, old runners\, towel\, change of clothes\, sugary snack\, drink. The club will provide all the other gear and equipment for the session. \nMax no. of participants 12 \nAs is normal practice\, the instructors will review suitability of conditions (river flow\, temperature\, hazards\, etc.) on the morning of the event and may cancel if risk is deemed too high. We should have a good indication of conditions on the week running up to the Saturday. \nLaois Kayak will submit an event risk assessment to Canoeing Ireland.
