DESCRIPTION:Swim for a Mile\nSwim For A Mile is taking place in Ballinakill Outdoor Pool starting in July 2025. \nSwim Ireland’s Swim For A Mile initiative aims to encourage people to get back into the pool and become confident life-long swimmers. Swim Ireland coaches have written a swimming programme\, that enables those who can swim a little to swim a mile in just 8 weeks. DESCRIPTION:Following on from our Swim For A Mile (SFAM) programme\, the finale will take place on Sunday  24th August in Ballinakill Outdoor Pool. \nSwim Ireland’s Swim For A Mile initiative aims to encourage people to get back into the pool and become confident life-long swimmers. Swim Ireland coaches have written a swimming programme\, that enables those who can swim a little to swim a mile in just 8 weeks.
