DESCRIPTION:Laois Sports Partnership is delighted to provide this online Recovery Strategies for Women in Sport workshop in partnership with EduFIT. \nThis 1-hour live online workshop will be delivered by Dr Diane Cooper (Clinical Exercise Physiologist)  and is aimed at women in sport who would like to learn more about how they can optimally recover from sport. DESCRIPTION:In collaboration with Laois Cycling Club\, the 7-week programme aims to give participants the opportunity to build up their cycling experience and confidence of cycling out on the roads as part of a group. The sessions will prepare participants for a 50km end of programme cycle event which takes place Sunday\, 18th May. \nFAQs \nAre there minimum age requirements to enter the event? \nParticipants must be 18 years and over \nWhat are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event? \nParking available at Race Right Cycles. \nWhat should I bring into the event? \n\nParticipants should bring spare clothes in case.\nParticipants must wear appropriate clothing.\nParticipants must wear appropriate safety equipment i.e. Helmet.\nParticipants must bring their own bicycle.\n\nThis is an outdoor activity\, participants to be dressed appropriately for weather conditions (rain/cold/sun).
