Laois Sports Partnership in association with Basketball Ireland are offering a FREE 4 day strength and conditioning session for anyone involved in Basketball to develop on their strength and conditioning skills before entering back on the court.

The course will be delivered Online via Zoom, with Course Instructor Dylan O’Leary, Irish U16 S&C Coach

The group focused on will be teenage boys and girls from 13-16 years of age.

Starts :

Tuesdays & Thursdays for 2 weeks, starting on Tuesday the 20th of April

Strength and conditioning sessions are 60 minutes sessions.

The aim of this programme is to develop teenage boys and girls on their strength and conditioning skills for basketball to ensure they are ready to return to basketball in full strength.
