Frank Fahey, our partner in fitWALK Ireland, has put together this simple guide to STEPPING with STICKS – an introduction to exercising using Activator Walking Poles. The poles are ideally suited for people with reduced mobility and balance issues. This demo includes a guide on getting ready to exercise safely, as well as basic on the spot exercises using the poles. Important Notice: Do not start any new exercise without consulting your doctor. If you experience any pain or difficulty with these exercises, stop immediately and consult with your healthcare provider.
