Join our FREE 10 week fun activity and nutrition programme run by expert co-ordinators and instructors.  Staring date Tuesday 31st January Knockmay Family Resource Centre at 9.30am.  Activities include Archery, Indoor/Outdoor Group Training, Family Fun Day, Home Based Training, Surprise activities, nutrition and cooking modules, healthy eating and lifestyle change, cooking on a budget, healthy lunchboxes for children, dietician attached to the programme, practical cookery demonstrations and meal plans.  Register now as places limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
